Keep out UV radiation
Take analogue or digital infrared photos

Infrared light begins in the high-red range of the visible spectrum at around 750 nm and goes beyond 1000 nm. This light is not visible to the naked eye. When looking through the R72 filter, it looks almost opaque, as the filter only lets through light from the very high red edge of the visible spectrum and infrared light. Infrared photography provides very interesting, sometimes breathtaking and creative results, as objects in a scene reflect infrared light differently than normal light.
