  • Fixed focal length / wide-angle lens
  • Mount: Nikon Z
  • ultra-fast f/1.2 aperture
  • fantastically soft bokeh
  • Aperture ring with click switch mechanism
  • Internal focusing
  • perfect sharpness, even at open aperture

Powerful wide-angle all-rounder for full-frame format
The large aperture of f/1.2 is perfect for low-light photography and for outstanding bokeh or blurred background effects. It is therefore ideal for users in the field of street, landscape and people photography. With this speed, it is also suitable for astrophotography.

At 28mm, it is a classic and versatile focal length that is perfect as an everyday lens and travel companion. The wider angle of view of 75.4 degrees (compared to 35mm and 50mm) is very useful for street, landscape and environmental portraits.

The 13 aperture blades create an expressive, super-soft and creamy bokeh. And this in absolutely sharp and clear images - even at open aperture.

Two extra-low dispersion lenses, one aspherical lens and two ultra-high refraction lenses are used to effectively minimize chromatic aberration.

This Argus Lens also has an aperture ring with a click switch mechanism that can be switched from click-stop to stepless. This makes it perfect for photographers and filmmakers alike. There is no noticeable change when the aperture is changed during filming.

Thanks to low focus breathing, there is no change in the image section when turning the focus ring and shifting the focus within the image - for example from an object close to the front lens to an object further away.

The close focusing distance is 50 cm. Despite the enormous speed, the robust metal housing of the lens with internal focusing is very compact and ideal for full-frame cameras. Filters or an adapter ring with a diameter of 62mm can be screwed directly onto the front thread. This also makes it possible to work with plug-in filter systems.

The focus and aperture are set manually.
